National Senior Men’s Curling Championship to be held in Eveleth
A national curling championship is heading to the Iron Range in a few weeks.
The 47th annual United States Senior Men’s Curling Association (USSMCA) National Senior Men’s Curling Championships will be held in Eveleth.
The event will be held at the Curl Mesabi at the Range Recreation Civic Center (RRCC) from Feb. 15 through Feb. 18. This is the third time the event has been in Eveleth since 2000.
There will be 64 teams from across the country competing in three different age divisions. 15 of those teams come from the Northland.
Hibbing Team Pustovar will be shooting for their third consecutive win in the senior division.
The event is free and open to the public.
